Photo.ME: Digital Photo Not Received by Email

We offer the option to receive a digital copy of your photo via email in almost all of our photo booths. If you haven’t received it, please follow these steps!

  1. Check your spam or junk folder – It’s common for the email to be delivered there, as some email providers may not recognize our sending address.
  2. Confirm you selected and paid the additional €1 – This service is only available if you chose the email delivery option and completed the payment. While 90% of our booths provide this service, a few machines may not support it.
  3. Contact our customer help team – If the email is not in your spam folder and you paid for the service, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Remember, the photo will only be sent if you selected the email delivery option, paid the extra €1, and provided your email address.
