Photos not received by email after the payment

If you selected the option to receive your photo via email and did not receive it, please follow these steps!

Step 1: Confirm that you paid the additional €1 fee and entered your email address correctly.

Step 2: Check your spam or junk mail folder. It is common for photo emails to be filtered there.

Step 3: If you have confirmed both of the above and still have not received your digital photo, please contact our customer care team. We will do our best to retrieve your photo and investigate why it was not delivered.
