If clothes remain saturated after a wash, follow these steps to understand the issue!
◉ Step 1: Check the Cycle Selected
Wash-ME machines offer cycles at 15°C, 30°C, and 60°C.
- The 15°C cycle is for delicate items and performs a hand-wash style spin of only 2 minutes, which may leave heavy or large items, like duvets, saturated.
- For large or heavy loads, the 30°C or 60°C cycle is recommended to ensure proper spinning and removal of excess water.
- Using the wrong cycle can result in clothes retaining water at the end of the wash.
◉ Step 2: Check for Error Codes
If the machine displays an error code affecting the spin, it may prevent water from being fully removed. Contact customer care with the error details to report the issue.
◉ Step 3: Refund
If clothes remain saturated due to a machine fault, a refund can be requested via the refund page.
