I Was Charged Multiple Times

If you notice multiple identical transactions or pending charges on your card after using a Wash.ME machine, follow these steps to understand and resolve the issue!

After using a Wash-ME machine, you may see multiple identical transactions or pending charges on your card. These are temporary authorisation holds, not actual charges, and do not mean money will be taken  from your account.

If a charge remains after 5 business days, contact our customer care team to request a refund.
