Photo.ME: My photo did not print

If your photo didn’t print, we’re here to help. Refunds are available for photos that fail to print. Please follow these steps before reaching out to our customer care team!

Step 1: Check the small window outside of the booth. Printing takes a few seconds, and the photo is delivered through this external slot, not inside the booth.

Step 2: If your photo is not in the outside window, please confirm that the payment was completed successfully.

Step 3: If the payment was processed and no photo was delivered, contact our customer care team. The machine will be serviced, and you will be entitled to a refund .
