My Cycle Is Running Without Water

If your washing cycle starts but no water enters the machine, follow these steps to resolve the issue!

◉ Step 1: Allow Time for Filling
Wash-ME machines may take up to 5 minutes to fill with water at the start of a cycle.

◉ Step 2: Identify Potential Issues
If the machine still has no water after 5 minutes, there may be a problem such as a blocked pipe or another mechanical fault.
Report the issue to customer care with the machine details.

◉ Step 4: Refund
If water did not enter the machine due to a fault, a refund can be requested via the refund page.
